Photo & Video Release Policy

Effective Date: May 28, 2025

By attending a Reliance College event or submitting your information through one of our forms, you agree to the following:

1. Authorization

You grant Reliance College the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to take, use, reuse, publish, and republish photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings of you or in which you may be included, in whole or in part, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to educational materials, promotional content, event documentation, social media, and the Reliance College website.

2. No Compensation

You understand that you will receive no financial compensation for the use of these materials and that Reliance College is not required to notify you prior to their use.

3. Revocation

If you wish to revoke this consent at any time, you may do so by contacting us in writing at info@reliancecollege.org. Revocation does not apply retroactively to any materials already produced or published.

4. Ownership

All photographs, video, and audio content created by Reliance College are the sole property of the college and may be used, edited, and distributed at its discretion.

Digital Agreement

By checking the “Photo Release Policy” box on registration forms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy. Your checkbox selection serves as your electronic signature and consent.
