Our Curriculum
AI can generate answers, automate tasks, and optimize workflows—but it cannot replace human judgment, responsibility, or leadership. In a world where tools are abundant, the real advantage belongs to those who can think clearly, communicate effectively, and decide well under uncertainty.
AI PROOF U™ is a multi-module program designed to cultivate precisely those capacities: judgment, independence, communication skills, creativity, and entrepreneurial resilience in an AI-driven world.
AI will change how work is done. AI Proof U prepares you to decide what work is worth doing—and how to lead when it matters.
In-Person Intensives and Guided Weekly Seminars
Through in-person intensives and guided weekly seminars, participants learn to analyze complex business and AI-related problems from first principles, collaborate productively across incentives and disagreement, and communicate strategy with clarity and persuasion—drawing on foundational texts such as Man’s Search for Meaning, Aristotle’s works on reason, and modern leadership and psychology research. Participants apply these ideas in project-based work that integrates human judgment with AI-driven tools.

analyze complex business and technological problems from first principles
Students practice breaking problems down to their core components, reasoning step by step from fundamental facts rather than relying on templates or trend-driven solutions. This approach enables clearer decision-making in unfamiliar situations, especially in fast-moving environments shaped by automation and AI, where established playbooks often fail.
Collaborate effectively across roles, incentives, and Differences
Students develop the ability to work productively with people who hold different responsibilities, expertise, priorities, and perspectives. Through structured dialogue and real-world scenarios, they practice integrating diverse viewpoints and making sound decisions in team environments where authority is distributed and outcomes depend on clear communication and mutual understanding.
communicate decisions, tradeoffs, and strategy with clarity and persuasion
Students practice articulating reasoning, constraints, risks, and alternatives in a way that builds understanding and trust among stakeholders. Emphasis is placed on structuring arguments and choosing language precisely. This skill is essential in AI-driven environments, where decisions often involve uncertainty, rapid change, and the need to align people around complex choices.

Young people are facing one of the toughest job markets in decades.
Degrees are common. Tools are everywhere. What’s rare is the ability to reason independently, explain decisions, and take responsibility under uncertainty.
AI Proof U is designed to develop exactly those qualities—so participants don’t just apply for opportunities, but stand out in them.
WHAT YOU'LL GET
Increase cognitive skills substantially
AI Proof U applies a focused form of Collaborative Socratic Practice to the development of communication, judgment, and critical thinking in an AI-driven world. This method—when used consistently—has been shown to substantially strengthen core cognitive skills such as reasoning, clarity of expression, and evaluative judgment. The pedagogical approach underlying AI Proof U draws on research conducted by Reliance College Advisory Board member Michael Strong, who measured cognitive outcomes using the Watson–Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal, a widely used assessment correlated with performance on intelligence tests and college entrance exams such as the SAT and ACT. In longitudinal applications of this method, participants demonstrated cognitive skill gains ranging, in some cases, from approximately 30% to over 80%.
AI Proof U adapts this proven approach to an intensive, project-centered program focused on communication and judgment under modern technological conditions.
WHAT YOU'LL GET
Radically increase your ability to communicate
Through rigorous discussion, guided practice, and real-world projects, AI Proof U develops participants’ ability to think clearly, speak persuasively, and write with precision in an AI-driven world. Rooted in the Socratic tradition and hands-on, self-directed learning, the program treats communication as a discipline of judgment—how ideas are tested, refined, and acted upon. At AI Proof U, communication is not a soft skill or a supplement to technical training; it is the human capacity that makes responsible leadership, collaboration, and meaningful work possible.
WHAT YOU'LL GET
Developing independent thinkers
AI Proof U is designed to cultivate intellectual breadth and adaptability through cross-disciplinary study grounded in first principles. Participants learn to question assumptions, connect ideas across fields, and apply judgment in unfamiliar situations—capacities that matter more as AI reshapes work and knowledge.
Rather than narrow specialization tied to specific tools, the program develops transferable reasoning skills that support creativity, collaboration, and lifelong learning. This breadth provides the flexibility to navigate change, communicate across differences, and pursue a self-directed path in a rapidly evolving world.

What Great Thinkers Say...
Long before artificial intelligence transformed the modern workplace, great thinkers understood what technology could never replace. Scientists, entrepreneurs, and business leaders have consistently argued that the most valuable education develops reasoning, communication, and independent judgment—the human capacities that remain decisive even as tools and industries evolve.
“The value of an education in a liberal arts college is not the learning of many facts but the training of the mind to think.”
Albert Einstein, Physicist
“It is in Apple’s DNA that technology alone is not enough—it’s technology married with liberal arts, married with the humanities, that yields us the results that make our heart sing.”
Steve Jobs, Founder of APple
"Widen the aperture of what you think might be a fit... Learning how to think critically, learning the art of learning, curiosity, thinking about judgment, thinking about coming out with an output and answer based on facts that is contrary to what a model may show you... This is what I think will never go out of style. Judgment is not going out of style."
Blair Effron,Investment Banker
“The one easy way to become worth 50 percent more than you are now — at least — is to hone your communication skills — both written and verbal,”
Warren Buffet, Businessman
